Shipping Policy

Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with TERASUS. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Window: You may return most items within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, including , are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

  3. Return Instructions: We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label, if applicable.

  4. Return Shipping Costs

  5. Returns: If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
    Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item for a different size , you will need to cover the shipping costs for the new item.
    Refunds

  6. Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
    Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

    New Item: After we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
